MINOR : How did Daniels Notebook Diagram get to the Hydra Station?

In the opening sequence, Caesar is going through files in the Hydra Station. In one of the files, he finds the same Diagram that we have seen in Daniel Faraday's Notebook back in the Season 4 episode "The Constant".
